PPGF Pre-Painted 5% Al-Zn Coated Steel Coil

PPGF (Pre-Painted 5% Al-Zn Coated Steel Coil) refers to pre-painted 5% aluminum-zinc color steel coil. Its base plate is made of cold-rolled steel plate with a 5% Al, 95% Zn alloy coating (containing trace silicon) formed by hot-dip plating process (complying with EN 10346 and JIS G3322 international standards), and then made through multiple processes such as degreasing, passivation, painting and curing. The product combines the basic corrosion resistance of zinc and the auxiliary anti-oxidation performance of aluminum, with tight bonding between the coating and the base plate. Compared with high-end aluzinc color steel coil (PPGL), it has obvious cost advantages; compared with ordinary galvanized color steel coil (PPGI), it has better weather resistance, making it an ideal cost-effective choice for construction projects in ordinary outdoor and inland areas.

1.Balanced Weather Resistance: The 5% aluminum-zinc alloy coating forms a protective film, combined with suitable weather-resistant coating, the outdoor service life can reach 10-15 years, with good resistance to ultraviolet rays and rain erosion, suitable for ordinary outdoor environments in inland areas.

2.Cost-Effective Corrosion Resistance: The main anti-corrosion effect of zinc's sacrificial anode, combined with aluminum's auxiliary anti-oxidation protection, effectively delays the corrosion of the base plate, and the corrosion resistance is 1.5-2 times higher than that of traditional galvanized color steel coil (PPGI), with outstanding cost performance.

3.Excellent Coating Adhesion: Through strict surface pretreatment and high-temperature curing process, the coating is firmly bonded to the base plate, not easy to peel off or blister, and the coating integrity is good during stamping, bending and other processing and forming processes.

4.Rich Customization Options: Support customization of coating weight (AZ100/AZ150), coating type (PE/SMP/HDP), color (optional RAL color card), width (1000-1250mm standard, customizable), thickness (0.3-1.2mm) to meet different project needs.
